“HOW TO PREPARE”

Stove top instructions:

1) Defrost the EasyCook package in the refrigerator

2) Bring water to boiling in a large saucepan over the stove top

3) Place the thawed EasyCook package directly into the boiling water without removing the foodsaver bag

4) Adjust the heat of the boiling water to 60°C

5) Allow the package to simmer for about 15 minutes

6) Ready to serve

Microwave oven instructions:

1) Defrost the EasyCook package in the refrigerator or the microwave oven

2) Use scissors to create a small opening over a corner of the thawed EasyCook package

3) Put the package in a microwave oven to heat for about 5 minutes (Note: Exact heating time may vary between appliances. Adjust heating time accordingly.)

4) Ready to serve

Air fryer instructions:

1) Remove the foodsaver bag from the frozen food

2) Place the frozen food directly into the air fryer basket

3) Cook the frozen food at 300F for about 12 minutes (Note: exact heating time may vary between appliances. Adjust heating time accordingly.)

4) Ready to serve
